T	Taqif Muhammad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst gym I have ever been to. So many foul play by the manager Steven and the desk receptionist, Raymon. Always have no towels. My wife tried to cancel her subscription five times and they always say cannot, system not working, this cannot that cannot we call you back, all while draining our pocket. such manipulate liars !! Don't ever go here.
T	TAN JING EE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is a scam ripping of their client money continued to overcharge you during MCO and unwilling to make refund.Staff and manager is lousy ,rude,no unresponsive and not helpful at all.i wonder how come such type of unqualify employees can be hired by celebrity they told me to contact the HQ personally to solve the issue as they cant do anything.Kindly stay away from this gym there is lot of complain from it members. I will lodge a complaint to consumer affair and cancel 4 of my memberships there

E	ET on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is scam in daylight. Their quota for cancelling subscriptions is only five a month. So, the rest of you who want to cancel they will give plenty of reasons: 1. System failure. 2. Internet down. 3. Only my manager can do it. 4. New staff will say I don't know how to do. 5. Cannot do on Saturday Sunday. Can do on Mon-Fri (lies, can do anytime, anyday of the month). I can't remember the rest. If you want to cancel, threaten to make a police report. You see la they will cancel and oblige.

I had follow all the t&c as per agreement for 1mth notice (which is April is the last billing), and yet you still deduct my money for May billing? Upon checking with HQ my membership is still active. Then what's the point I went to the branch personal for cancellations? Somemore I need to follow the branch manager timing as he or she not available every day. I even call up the branch I join Klang Parade CF yet nobody pick up the phone about this issue. After I read the review here I think I will lodge a police report. Feeling cheated by the staff and the unprofessional branch manager.

I was out of town for work and couldn’t come to the branch as they mention if you want to cancel you need to come to the branch. Then MCO back in 2020, they continue to charge for notice fee even though I’ve had given out notice 2 months prior. I don’t know if Raymond is still working there? It’s weird to see super fat guy working in the gym. But anyways, I cancelled my card and went to another gym. The MCO policy of not giving towels and not able to use the steam room feels like there is no point for me to keep going to this gym. Don’t go to this gym. There are some cheaper options nearby in BBK or Padang Jawa. Worth the money.
R	Raffi Mohamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pure Scammers ….paid for 1 whole year using my credit card and the next following year my credit card been used by them without my knowledge or my consent . When asked how the card been used without my consent , they are all disappeared. Shameful people.
