1. beauticion not an expert person
- shampoo girl basuh rambut tapi kuku tak kena kulit kepala langsung
- i buat scapl treatment, die basuh rambut baru tanya apa problem rambut which is sangat pelik
- basic SOP takde, takde langsung kain/plastic covered body, rambut basah kne baju.. baju i basah kat bahagian leher n bahu sikit.
- dari cuci rambut, kering, n sampai nak bayar, push makerting yang sangat teruk, which is i tak pernah jumpa makerters seteruk hannan medispa ampang!! share knowledge pasal rambut 10%, PROMOTING PRODUCT (shampoo, conditioner , hair mask) 90%.
- I even mention my concern is dandruft problem, but tak habis2 cakap pasal rambut gugur which is i tak kisah pasal rambut gugur tu. I nak settlekan dulu SCAPL PROBLEM.
2. STANDARDIZE PRICE
- ni paling i kecewa, die cas i mahal rm198, masa nak bayar die bgtau harga lain2 ikut kite booked dgn sape!! sgt tak professional siap mention ni part of marketing concept.
- to be honest!! i pay for something yang for me value die around rm40 je!!!
3. Sampai rumah , i found my Head itchy! When i rubbing my hair, dandruft i banyakkk giler keluar!! i tak pernah balik dari mana2 saloon dandruft i tak settle. At least for that time, i rasa kepala i FREE DANDRUFT!! i buat SCAPL TREATMENT kot!!!standard result saloon kat mall , result FREE DANDRUFT tu at least last for 3 Days!
conclusion: you selling PRODUCT NOT SERVICE, i tak nafikan you have GOOD products but VERRY POOR SERVICE. I WANT YOU REFUND MY MONEY OR ELSE I WILL REPORT THIS TO TRIBUNAL PENGGUNA

1. beauticion not an expert person
- Shampoo girl washes her hair but the nails do not touch the scalp directly
- I did a scapl treatment, I just washed my hair and asked what the hair problem was which is very strange
- No basic SOP, no direct cloth/plastic covered body, wet hair on the clothes .. the clothes are wet at the neck and shoulders a little.
- from washing hair, drying, n to wanting to pay, push makerting is very bad, which is i have never met makerters as bad as hannan medispa ampang !! share knowledge about hair 10%, PROMOTING PRODUCT (shampoo, conditioner, hair mask) 90%.
- I even mention my concern is dandruft problem, but I can't stop talking about hair loss which is I don't care about hair loss. I want to settle the SCAPL PROBLEM first.
2. STANDARDIZE PRICE
- I'm the most disappointed, the charge is RM198, it's time to pay the other price, follow the kite booked with Sape !! sgt tak professional siap mention ni part of marketing concept.
