★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars because they allowed us to visit their shop and try on gowns in the last minute notice. Narrow selection of gowns available. Only allowed to try on 3 gowns. And all the gown sizes are too small to even put on. Such an insult to any brides-to-be who are size M and above. No one there to help you to zip/or tighten the back. Pushed you to do custom-made-to-rent gown which the price is way too expensive. Even my friend who is not a bride was angry at their attitude and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember the first time walking to Celest Thoi's suite and was greeted with a gorgeous setting that gave the right ambiance while wedding dress shopping for sure. Not only was the place charming, it helped transport me to all my wedding whims and fancies of what could be possible for a dream wedding dress. The staff there took their time to answer my questions and even gave me room to browse without overcrowding my personal space. They were patient and above all, you could see the quality of the work on the dresses that it was painstakingly done and made by the team. I return there again another time with a friend who was engaged to also be married, and we had such a good time as she tried on shoes and dresses while the staff patiently showed her an array of choices while I was also admiring the gorgeous design of Celest Thoi's heels, they kindly even let me try a few pairs while waiting for my friend to try on her dresses. I would highly recommend Celest not only for her tenacity in her work but the eye of detail she has along with her team that she has trained and work hard together with. Can't go wrong with their custom made dresses/shoes especially the quality that comes with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long overdue review. Although my wedding was in 2017, my experience with Celest Thoi and her team is still fresh in my memory. They were so friendly and professional. They were very patient with me too as I’m quite indecisive with the kind of dresses that I want on my big day. Celest and her team helped me in choosing the best dress for me and guiding me along the way, and they were not wrong. I loved the wedding dresses they picked out for me and ensured that I am happy with it. Their service is top notch! Certainly recommend them to anyone getting married.

They designed and created my wedding dress and veil, taking into consideration my budget, and I cannot thank them enough! I know I am biased, but my dress and veil were beautiful!
Now, for those of you who like more detailed google reviews...
I recently got married in July in the UK, but am living in Malaysia. I went to a few different bridal studios in Kuala Lumpur before deciding upon Celest and her team. I picked Celest because I felt so comfortable in the studio, however, as I live overseas my mum and sister were unable to attend. The studio was very accommodating of this and allowed for me to whatsapp video call in my family so that they could feel part of the process and ask lots of questions.
I then returned to discuss what I wanted from a wedding dress. I was after something A-line but with a simple design, so minimal lace and no beading, with a sweetheart neckline. I had found it hard to find this simpler style in bridal shops. I also wanted a small amount of lace on the back of my dress to match lace on the handmade veil, which Celest and her team did beautifully.
Celest also gave me a bridal bag which folded up to allow for my dress to be carried onto the plane as hand luggage. On my wedding day I had so many compliments on the dress. I was able to dance the night away in the dress despite it being strapless, as it was constructed to my size so well and so I never felt at risk of having to pull my dress up (something which I have seen other brides in strapless dresses have to do).
If you are considering having a dress made for an occasion, I would highly recommend Celest and her team!
