★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated my best friend’s birthday here with some friends (this is their regular go-to when it comes to nails and a foot scrub) though this was my first time. Did head to toe from scalp treatment, wash and blow, to nails extensions, mani and pedi for myself with my friends doing their own pampering session.
Would like to applaud this place for their outstanding customer service. I was taken care off by Pheone (sorry if the name is spelt wrong) the whole time. There was a hiccup w my nail extensions which she offered to redo completely for free. Pheone is extremely accommodating, helpful and such a great host!!
As it was my friend’s birthday, the spa had provided us complimentary balloons, hand bouquet flower, cakes, pastries and drinks. It was rly a whole day of pampering and ive never had an experience quite like this. It was almost overwhelming at how well we were taken care of!! Definitely recommend to come here for birthdays, occasions and if you need a good self love pamper session. They provide literally everything you need. I can foresee myself coming back as a regular getting my nails / hair done while doing work, underrated and totally worth the time!
