staff of here was friendly talking especially the malay girl and the tall girl .they so friendly to talk woth us like a friend that make us feel so comfortable !
the cocktails here was so great ! wow ! And the alcohol here also cheap and even no need to scare to buy wrong item. In langkawi i suggest to come this shop.I see other bad review of this shop i don't think so it was real.I face myself and so wow !

β β β β β Great selection of alcohol! Definitely place to go to buy alcohol. However, certain staff (the Malay gal with short hair) wasnβt friendly. Staffs communication quite bad, 1 said this and then another said that. Need training for customer service and improve in communication.
This place care more serving private customers.
So if you are just walk in and wanna drink there, isnβt possible unless they are too free!
So is abit bias and discriminate. Not every customers been serve the same way! Just come n buy then go place will be ok.

I have been to Cellar Bank many times and will definitely be in my go to list each time I visit Langkawi. Special thanks May, the staff who is a friend now. She is attentive to the cocktail request and prepares a good one for you. The First Love cocktail will make you to fall in love again and again

β β β β β Nice shop with great selection and display of spirits. Good place to buy some booze or even to drink there. However, the do not serve food and wine selection is limited or not the focus.
Small place so may be good to call if youβre planning on hangout there.

First love cocktail brings you back to sweet memories of your first love. The alcohol price are cheap, comparative to normal duty free shop with homey feeling. The staff are experienced and very welcoming. Feels like talking to a friend. Strongly recommend you to visit if youβre in town.
