★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’re from KL, i’m bringging my mom for massage & thinking to hv a facial for myself but i cancelled it. The receptionist are so unfriendly. The staff were chitchatting at the front desk ignoring us. They’re not welcoming us, until i speak first. Then just telling us to wait without giving any details like, how long should we wait? And why?. After telling us to wait, they just continue chitchatting. So unprofessional. I hope the manager take note about this, l’m so dissappointed.
