★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop located inside the MDKP shoplots across from the bus parking bays. Uses a different type of brown/palm sugar for its cendol. A little plain compared to Stall 46 at PJ Old Town Medan Selera (Food Court).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A popular place for a light food and drinks. It served 'rojak' as well. However, the 'cendol' was not as good as it used to be. It was creamy with a good portion of coconut milk then. I hope this can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and hands-on owner. My type of quality service. There were a few staff so the service was very quick. Cendol is sweet, milky and fragrant. Cendol Biasa is RM1.70 only.
