The affordable cendol is served with extra condiments placed on the table, free of charge if you wanted second helping. Also serves selection of traditional kuih, mee kari and other tidbits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the side of the main road, probably this place was a RnR station previously. Uncle Leman Dawi are very intelligent with all the history not only Malaysia but other country also. Just ask and he will answer straightly. The food were not bad, perhaps not the best cendol yet. Once you listening to Uncle Leman Dawi story you wouldn’t notice that you have finished eating your cendol. Haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The onwer is a veteran and proudly calls himself as 'tukang kemas/cuci/sapu' (I couldn't remember which one) as stated on his badge on his work shirt. While this is something unknown to many, what is known is his friendliness and chattiness. He will greet customers from the entrance and more often he will spew general knowledge on something like when someone mentions about telephone, he will give out information on who created the telephone in what year, when did telephone first reached Malaya and related details. He also like to read out poems from renowned poets both local and international. Being a poem reader and a poet myself, I can tell that he delivers the poem as exactly as it is printed. Mr. Leman Dawi also likes to share historical details with precise date of which they took place. His knowledge and ability to remember facts are something to admire. Plus, with each purchase of a bowl of cendol, you get to refill it as much as you want, FOR FREE! What more can you ask for?
