★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My old mum was allocated this clinic for her Covid-19 booster dose. She had only 1 booster dose but the clinic staff / nurse registered 2 booster doses wrongly for my mum's Sejahtera's record.
Despite my effort to contact the clinic, asking them to correct the error made in my mum's record, they told me to ignore the mistake in my mum's Sejahtera's record.
How can medical professionals mess up medical records of patients? That's unethical & irresponsible!
Due to this mistake, my mum cannot have her latest updated digital certificate. She bounds to have problems clearing the custom if she needs to go oversea.
I hope the clinic doctors can be professional enough to rectify the mistake made in my mum's medical records.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for RTK antigen test here. The nasal swab process was fast and done gently which are great. But the patient details' on the report were not checked properly before sent. When I feedback the error, the staff just asked which part need correction rather than reconfirm any mistake from their side. The report was ammended 3 times and I highly doubt on the accuracy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service provided by this clinic. Went to do a PCr test on 19/2/2022. I need to call them after 24 hours only they sent me the test results. The worst thing was after 48 hours and they still did not update KKM on my covid positive status. What's app them and they told me that they do not have my residence details. Hello, I did provide IC for registration right? I did provide my contact numbers right? Only after I threatened to make a police report only their staff called and asked me for the details. This is for the public 's awareness on this clinic 's awful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for doing swab test. The nasal swab is not done correctly. I have covid symptoms but my rtk result is negative. When I go to other clinic, result turns out to be positive. The only good thing is they whatsapp you the result instead of waiting there for long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended for the RTK (ART) / PCR testing. Price was good and the nasal swab was done perfectly (very gentle). Clinic staffs were kind and patient. The test result was out within 30 minutes and promptly sent to my WhatsApp. I am very satisfied with the process.
(I also went to a different clinic closer to my house. The nurse performing the test was impatient. I felt like my nose get poked, an uncomfortable experience. The result was out only in 2 hours, and they had my phone number wrong in the first place.)
