★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered McDonald’s today as I am in hotel quarantine and unable to leave. Foodpanda was late then told me my order was ‘hijacked’ by another rider. Then said they will reorder if I can wait another 45 mins. Suddenly they cancelled and it’s too late to reorder because there’s time limit you can order food in quarantine (aka prison!) went to bed hungry that night thanks to their stupid incompetence. Bet my food was stolen. Hope you enjoy eating it! Refund (if I get it) is useless for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my order got cancelled after 2+ hours of long waiting, and noone was picking up my call from foodpanda/shop for the whole period, and it was too late to order another one, i was truly mad about it on that day. However getting an apology email from their support team on the next day(refund too of course), and it certainly sounded warm, hence I will give this credit to their foodpanda support team. Changing from 1 star to 3. Do consider to keep a hotline active in the apps so we can contact you guys whenever in need.

I AM DEEPLY FEEL DISAPPOINTED TO THE SERVICE RENDERED BY THE FOODPANDA RECENTLY. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT PERSON AT ALL TIME UNTIL TODAY.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED TWICE TODAY BY 2 DIFFERENT RESTAURANT HOWEVER MY MONEY NOT REFUND IMMEDIATELY. ANOTHER CASE THE FOOD TAKE 1.5 HOUR TO DELIVERY AND I COULDN'T LODGE IT ANY COMPLAINT AND GET IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
IN THIS REGARDS, IF FOODPANDA NOT REFUND TO ME IMMEDIATELY FOR MY 2 ORDERS TODAY I WILL LODGE A REPORT TO PERDANGANAN HAL ELWAL MALAYSIA ON THIS 3 INCIDENTS TO AVOID THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME AND OTHER USER AS WELL
PLS BE RESPONSIBLE TO FULLY REFUND ONCE THE ORDER BEING CANCELED WITHOUT ANY REASON. MONEY BEING CHARGED IMMEDIATELY BUT REFUND TAKE ABOUT MONTHS TO RECEIVE.

Not all rider but a few.., i ask for contactless delivery because im in qurantine.., but he say im oku and still ask me to go pick up the food at him.., and also mark the food already delivered while it still not deliver.. if im not in quarantine i never ask for contactless delivery., i also just follow the SOP.. what the function for CONTACTLESS DELIVERY in foodpanda? IF I STILL HAVE GO OUTSIDE WHILE IN QUARANTINE.. hope foodpanda have a solution for the rider like this.. and can monitor their chat with cust.. thanks you
