They ordered a car part for my car. Said it is at the shop and ready to install, I go to the shop and they don't have it. Waited three (3) hours for the entire fixture. I am giving an extra Star because of that one staff member who could communicate sufficiently in English. However, today, 14 June 2019, NONE of the mechanics could utter basic English which is ridiculous when you are in the service industry. I do not need fancy English, but some attempt to explain to me what is the matter with the car and even some movement, hand gestures and trying to explain. But nothing, I asked a simple question of, "Is this (pointing to the part) OK?", the mechanic today stared at me and walked away. Century Automotive, you need to train your staff to have at least BASIC COMMAND of ENGLISH.
