★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend did her procedure there and this clinic do not deserve any stars. It shouldn't even existed. The nurses were rude and didn't explain to her what was to be expected after the procedure. They were nowhere to be found even. I gave one star because I cannot post without giving a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I sent my friend here at around 1:00AM because she will have an abortion in this time. She was in pain. After I rang the doorbell, no one answered. After pressing the bell 10th time, someone shows up and scolding us about pressing the bell a lot of times. She scold about the baby wanted to sleep. She keeps scolding and they don't care about my friend in pain. How rude is that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service from day shift malay nurses at the counter and upstairs. They insisted me to make full payment first with sour faces before start giving any medication eventhough I told them my husband is on the way. The treatment is quite harsh, instruction to the patients, injections and everything. Moreover, they won't help you to keep your important belongings and ask you to send it to the counter downstairs yourself eventhough you're in pain and alone in the warded room upstairs. After my small operations and woke up from anaesthesia, they won't bother to serve me any drinks and meals after I fasted for few hours for evening operation. They only asked me when can i get up and leave cause after 10pm extra charge will be imposed. Quite frustrating to be here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You dont even deserve 1 star for the staff nurses there!! Now I know there were people disappointed with your services. Except from the good doctors. For Telephone enquiry, Do u need to shout over the phone and shut me off and told me You dont have time ang hung the phone just like that? I have so much experience with these nurses! And they were so bad! Nurses here do not have hearts for their patients. SO BEWARE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please teach all your staff on the manner of talking with your customer. I don't expect you give me any extra mile service. But basic manner is a must. I been work in service industry for 20 years. Never seen this kind of SPECIAL NURSE provide special service in specialist clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complicated nurses...they put antibiotic and painkiller inside my handbag without my knowledge...when i was dizzy after procedure....still my husband asked them any medicine...they say No! Such funny nursing service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Doctors, Dr Ng such a nice guy, explain in detail, importantly listen to us. Dr Chu a bit straight forward (slightly rude), but what to do, he is such a well experienced doctor, as have no worries at all on delivery. Worse part, front desk old lady and all the nurses. Can give them award for RUDE HOSPITAL STAFF IN MALAYSIA. I don't know why they behave so rude, why they think they such a great people that they no need to respect anyone. Is it their clinic policy? I m not sure. Special mention on the old lady at front desk, her eyes only notice ringgit Malaysia, nothing else, so beware to bring these notes with you, and only approach her when u need to deal with money. Nothing else because she can't recognise anything else then ringgit. In summary, I dare to say that, the nurses treat patients like machines, because they expect all the 'machines' are same, n no need any different care. Please go for delivery here if you only cares for Dr Chu for delivery, and be ready to face the storms from nurses.
I m a father here already so long the comments, just can't imagine if I let my wife to comment here. But still, Dr Chu is the best maternity doctor. Doesn't mean we need to sacrifice everything else just for the service from Dr Chu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very disappointing experience delivering my first child here. Couldn't sleep well after labour because of noise and laughter of nurses in the midnights. One of the nurse sold me 2 bottles of urut oil right after I sent back to my room after delivering the baby. I was so exhausted and couldn't say no because I was worried my newborn would be ill treated. Two of the Malay nurses was very kind and supportive, but others were not really care for the babies and patients. 3 stars are for the service provided, Dr Nisha who was very patience and caring during the check ups, and for safe arrival of my baby.
