2. No.telefon tak pernah ada orang angkat, kena pergi kaunter call nombor kat situ
3. Bas delay. Tiket pukul 9 bas datang pukul 10.30. Lama jugak kena sidai.
4. Tolong ubah polisi syarikat anda, jadi syarikat bas yang lebih bertanggungjawab terhadap pelanggan.
1. Office never opens
2. The telephone number has never been picked up by anyone, you have to go to the call counter there
3. Bas delay. The 9 a.m. bus ticket arrives at 10:30 p.m. Long time no see.
4. Please change your company policy, so the bus company is more accountable to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus always delay without clear information, you can easily expect 3 to 4 hour delay, many times come with broken air conditioning, don't buy from their company if you have other choice. In additional to that their ticketing counter service is terrible, always hide the information about what happen to the delay.
Update for today trip... the bus finally came after 3 hrs late and the engine die half way... Stuck at the highway with no air conditioning, automated door can't be open cause engine is dead
