★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Alan and discussed over the phone. Decided to go thru with it and fixed an appointment. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his products. Went over on fixed date and he took his time explaining slowly about the meaning of 9H and his products and how it works and the differences between wax and ceramic coating and rain repellent. Very thorough with his explanation. No rushing. Professional indeed. Did Mitsubishi Triton very nicely. Pointed out places where defect was already there and ways to preserve the coating. They have paid car wash service as well where they will touch up the coating for free in the event of any defect. So far happy with the good service. Its been two weeks since the coating. Would recommend to others. I got recommended to this shop as well. Preferably contact this premise directly without any middlemen to avoid any confusion. Just being careful here. Btw, they even demonstrated the organic compound applied to interiors to see the difference. Previously was chemical but changed to be more health friendly. Last but not least, they were not rushing. Suppose to collect car at 5pm but since it was raining heavily they advise not to and collect next day. Give then a call and have a chat if you are interested. Happy driving. ?
