The staff's salary or OT always lately paid or not count in. Most of the staff will leave is due to this problem. Even they feedback to the management still can't get any response. It can consider is the Bawangchaji brand's mistake, so hopefully Bawangchaji can take this case seriously and improve it.

Most terrible BWCJ I'd ever been. Irresponsible staff try to cheat away from their mistake, the bill was extra charged for 400+ coz they keyed in one extra digit and scan our TNG. She just eh eh? And say nothing nothing. Only after a while then the staff explain the mistake in a rude manner and not even feeling like she did any wrong. It is super suspicious for the rating of this branch to maintain 4+, it had been numerous complain bout customer service from those high review users but all those 5* came from just 1 or 2 review accounts.

Terrible service by the cashier. Explained the menu by mumbling very quickly, couldn't catch a word he said. Acted like he wanted to quickly end this conversation. I paid by Grab, cashier just asked to enlarge without stating he wanted to scan barcode or QR code. I enlarged barcode, then only he said he wanted QR code, he spoke like I was stupid or something. Bad service! Drinks were so-so compared to the ones I had at other branches. Tea scent was still fragrant, but overall kinda watery. Will not be visiting this branch again.

Terrible customer service. Although there are not many customers, the cashier said he can't handle online and offline orders. I guess the management has to do better with their training or has a better man power arrangement.

POOR SERVICE & STAFF ATTITUDE Was charged RM400+ due to the cashier keyed in extra one digit to the bill. While I do understand this is unintentional mistake, the response given by the staff was totally irresponsible and unconvincing. They only told me dispute from TNG E wallet would take days, and write me a number to call if the refund does not reflect after few working days. All these was done with poor attitude and no sincere sorry for the mistake and trouble. When i asked for a name to refer this matter to if faced any issue, the staff says "there is no use for u to look for me as i am not the store manager, she said you can just look for anyone here, everyone here knows about this issue". Well, as a customer we just need some assurance where this is a matter of RM 400 but not RM 4, where this irresponsible statement and attitude of this staff really disappoint me as a loyal customer of Bawangchaji. Every respond just shown no sign of apology and attentiveness to this issue. Customer issue was not taken seriously.

POOR SERVICE & ATTITUDE! So disappointing on their customer serivice and the staff's attitude. We understand that this is unintentional but don't think so this is the proper way to attend to the customers. They key in the wrong amount with additional zero which made double digit payment to triple digit payment. We asked for the staff name in order for us to refer when we call and follow up on the refund matter, anyhow the staff hesitate to provide and seems like doesn't want to take the responsibility. Just tossed the words to us, "there is no point you look for me, im not the store manager." Can I ask, is this the way to attend to a customer? The management should take it seriously and look into it on staff management (no care is part/ full timer) as this is affecting the branding image.

Easy to locate at Sunway Giza, same row as Maybank. The place has a nice ambience but not many seats inside. We went while there’s not many people so we’re able to get seats easily. Staffs are okay. The Grapefruit Jasmine Tea is good, the tea has a nice scent and it’s not too sweet for me. Just nice!
