★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to drive carefully as the road to the factory was quite narrow. Being in a village, parking was a problem. Maybe the next time, we will walk the 250 meters from the main road. The factory is actually a part of the owner’s house. It produces tau foo pok, beancurd, soy milk. We had a refreshing freshly brewed cold soya bean milk after our tour of several places in Raub town. The owner is Chai Kong Soong. He gave us a briefing about his tofu business. Chai said his business was inherited from his parents and has a history of over 70 years spanning four generations. We bought some tau foo pok to take home. Officially, it is open 8am - 6pm daily, except Mondays but apparently, most of or all the products could be sold out before 12 noon during the school holidays cum durian season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A popular tourist destination. The products there are freshly made and delicious. They sell products like Soya Bean milk and bean curd. You can order their tasty frozen TauPoks to bring home. You can also see the different machines and the process of making the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Thursday, unable to try their Tao Fu Fa as it only produce on Weekends, so just bought their tauhu po, tauhu and soya bean, nice! Side product I have bought petai, Hakka rice dumpling and I would like to recommend their chili paste, very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chai Tofu Factory is located in a kampung. Streets are only one car width and parking was a challenge. You can park at the kampung entrance and walk a few hundred metres in. They sell freshly cooked tofu puffs, soya bean drink and local chilli paste. You can see the tofu being made right at the factory. Just opposite the factory is a stand selling local produce such as petai, chinese cakes and dumplings. We bought some tofu puffs, had a soya bean drink here.
