★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly professional & i immediately give 2 notches up after 2 days talking to Mr Shamalan. He provided me all the assurances n comfort despite my "cannot wait anymore" approach n waking up at 3am n 4am worrying, to get the job done. 7am already responded my wsapp.
The previous contractor had supposedly washed the debris of demolishing the cracked bathtub in my apartment, together with waterproofing materials into the shower area floor trap. And irresponsibly not coming forward to see n rectify the clog. The clog resulted in the water got stuck..99%.
I had earlier engaged a plumber who quoted ridiculous 50% disct fr ori price within seconds of discussion, n subsequently quoted additional cost after realising the pipe is still clogged. Decided to terminate that plumber immediately.
Found Mr Shamalan from internet n managed to push thru a date for downstairs owner to be available for him to work from downstairs pipes too.
Mr Shamalan could have walked up and down easily over 30 times to get the work done.
Very responsible, patient n know his works well. Pricing very reasonable for that 4-5 hours work.
Now, i m trying to get more job for him, introduce frens etc. BRAVO MR SHAMALAN!

He always notifies you of his whereabouts so you can expect him at the said time, and follows up with you afterwards. His prices are fair, transparent, and worth the job. His work tidiness is exceptional, and one of the rare professionals that responsibly clean ups after the job is finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the service was immediate upon call in the morning. I was reminded to snap a photo shot of the defaulted wall plug socket after I personally opened it .
There were 2 sets of wires and Shamalan asked me to check other points in the same living room of the default plug as he said 2 sets of wire means there’s a parallel plug point to the default unit.
This exercise using my cell charger found the rightful parallel point and all technical repairs could be done faster and safer.
This experience was knowledgeable given. Not sure but for me, not many technical professionals do this. They only change the defaulted plug point. Here the check was complete and as said the repair was done faster and safely.
