★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chalet Uncle Man untuk mini unit 2 pax pada saya sangat basic dan kurang fasiliti untuk rate RM140 satu malam. Contohnya kettle disediakan tetapi tanpa mug. Water heater dipasang namun tidak berfungsi. Kasihani orgtua saya sejuk nak mandi pagi2. Tualapun tidak disediakan. Bila booking, kena baca detail diberi supaya tidak jadi macam saya, kerana tidak perasan pada detail nya maka terpaksa beli tuala 4 helai dan mugs di pekan Kuala Sg Baru. Kebersihan amat bagus. Persekitaranpun dah cantik. Semoga pihak pengurusan upgrade lah sedikit kemudahan di bilik itu dan juga servis iaitu customer support anda dari segi booking dan check in process agar tidak “hassle”. Saya banyak stay chalet sebegini di sebelah Cherating dan Jandabaik tetapi kemudahan dan servis mereka tetap baik.
 Uncle Man's chalet for a 2 pax mini unit for me is very basic and lacks facilities for a rate of RM140 per night. For example a kettle is provided but without a mug. Water heater installed but not working. Pity my parents, it's cold to take a shower in the morning. Towels are not provided. When booking, you have to read the details so that you don't look like me, because I didn't notice the details, so I had to buy 4 towels and mugs in Kuala Sg Baru town. The cleanliness is very good. The environment is beautiful. Hopefully the management upgrades a little facility in the room and also service that is your customer support in terms of booking and check in process so as not to be "hassle". I stay in many chalets like this next to Cherating and Jandabaik but their facilities and services are still good.
