★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service by the sales man Mr Tan was good. I custom made some 100% stainless steel kitchen cabinet. However after installing the cabinet, almost all my expensive and beautiful porcelain plates and bowls with intricate gold linings and patterns fell out of the draining cabinet as the thing gave way. I called the salesman who promptly replied my messages and eventually made a trip to my house to investigate. The verdict was the plastic piece that held the dish rack together broke. He called his supplier who supplied him that dish rack and he said that thd rack could only hold light items. Come on, its a dish rack and if it couldn't hold porcelain don't even supply it. No compensation was done by the company except change of the plastic piece that broke. I'm very unhappy and the dish rack is now only holding a few of the malamine plates that my children use and my stainless steel counter top has a dent in it when the plates dropped onto it. In addition to that the sink holes are getting rusty too. Everything supposed to be factory made with premium quality by the company but I'm not happy with the quality as I chose premium quality.
