Gavin provided a service beyond my expectation as he helped me to migrate all my data from my old phone to the new one on the spot until he has forgotten about his dinner which he ate halfway when I visited the shop. He also helped me to cut my old son card to make it into a nano size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I ever come across. It was my first visit to chalie and I ordered the oneplus 3. The sales boy told me need to order and will arrive in a week.
After 3-4 days I try calling them up but nobody answers the phone. So I tried emailing but no reply, Found their facebook and made a complain but they didn't apologize instead they just ask me what was the problem. I related my problem that I want to find out what's my order status, are they any stock? Guess what, they stopped replying from there.
After a week I went back to the shop to find out and the cashier just tell me the boss say no stock. That's it?? That's their only answer? Asked them when have stock? Don't know. At least they could have asked me whether I want to place an order and when will it arrive etc..
