★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad accommodation. Not worth every penny. Improper Facilities and have few out of order. Not clean and not hygiene at all. Sticky tiles and wet carpets. Full of flies and mosquitos. Dirty swimming pool, no proper lighting for bbq port, have to bbq in the dark. Have to use 1 washroom only since another one heater and flush out of order. 1 washroom for 15pax throughout the stay?? Dust everywhere etc... Holiday becomes nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. We arrived 1 hour earlier than the check-in time to inspect the property. What's unexpected is how different the house from what we expected. A caretaker came out of the villa and asked for full payment to check in and get the keys. We believe that paying through the caretaker directly is irresponsible and incorrect. After the caretaker leave we take a look around the villa and noticed trash everywhere, iron rods on flower pots, dirty pool water, and all the windows scratched with the letter x, so we phoned the staff and she started to lose control and did not give our right as a customers, to speak. The woman told us that she is very busy and that she has 20 more villas to look after, as if that if we don't book now, many more clients would want this place. So we explained nicely to her again, but she still couldn’t stop blaming us. That’s when we started to feel we were not being respected and treated as a valued guest. We had to mention to her not only was the villa we were put in failed our expectation (different from the website), but the villa condition was very dirty and smelly. As a result of the poor customer service, we had to cancel the reservation, and to make matters worse, the female employee refused to refund our RM200 deposit.
