★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a property owner at Midfields 1, I am very pleased with how Chartwell manages the condominium. The management office team is very friendly and very prompt in handling complaints. On one occasion, I needed their help to repair something in my unit urgently, and the building manager obliged and arranged the repair very quickly. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Poor management system in handling invoices and payments. Eg. Delay in issuing billing and receipts or even no receipt at all until owners need to call many times to chase.
2) Late in responding or even sometimes no response at all on the owner's queries. Eg. No response on billing errors.
3) Owners need to reconcile and keep all payment slips to prevent dispute due to the above points.
4) Whether lack of staff or incapable staff in handling or no SOP, Chartwell needs to reassess.
5) Strongly not recommended to go for this MO unless proven management system and result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm one of the property owner of Vortex KLCC Apartment. Here i would like to say some words regarding the management staff at Vortex. I would like to expressed my gratitude of the staff in handling the building. The building manager very helpful and easy to contact regarding emergency work. They also very responsive in any leaking related matter, because this building always same leaking problem but the team can handle it in an effective way. And the admin two girls also very helpful and fast respond in handling our billing issue. So far i never been heard any complaint from my tenant regarding billing issues. Once there was some problem regarding the late charges and the admin was very effective and immediately assist in resolve the problem not like other site which I'm have very bad experience regarding the matter. The way two girls communicate with the owner or tenant is very polite and treat us with respect. The technical team also quite efficient and fast respond towards complaint. Over all the team very good. Hope they can manage this building for long time. Highly recommended this team. Keep up the good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been managing the Fennel and thank goodness they are being replaced. The staff do not know how to deal with residents. Thank goodness i am renting so i can leave when my lease ends but you feel like a prisoner here with their draconian rules that they are too lazy to update. When you go to talk to them about it they stare at you blankly. Maybe get some customer service training. Can you believe that in the lifts they have posted the names and apartment numbers of people who are late paying their fees and they even show the amount owing. Surely this is a breach of privacy. Disgusting….
