Last two weeks, I went there, the barista told that it close at 9.30pm.
And today, I went there, she told me we close at 9pm.
On 8th August, I went to make a purchase around noon time. The barista seems doesn't bother to take order from customer and continue washing and cleaning the blender. After waiting for 5 minutes, only then, another barista coming from outside Shell Station taking orders.
If you continue to hire people like this, I'm sure that you can't compete against tealive that have several branches in Nilai.
Her face expression is so annoying and doesn't have any courtesy or manners.

Your staff name “Dila” is ill-mannered. She shows an arrogant face reaction, like not wanting to serve customers,measless stuff.
If she is not given proper training on how to deal with customer,i am sure your business will suffer.
Customer are the spine of any business,and customer deserve respect and kindness. I am sure you will take action on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not friendly at all. Want to order dalgona nilofa but she said not available since they don’t start make it yet. It’s 12 noon btw. The outlet opens at 10am and impossible
you have to wait for 2hrs to make it done??! Another customer came in and want to order the same thing and the staff gave another excuses which is not enough staff. Pls improve at that part Bcs the new menu is a new things so of course people want to try it so bad.
