✅ I love their tea and I come back routinely for it but for the service I think they need to improve !!
❎1. Lack of attention & Getting orders wrong
My ordered in mid aug they made a mistake by making black tea instead of milk tea as I ordered. It’s ok coz thru WhatsApp the PIC actually let me redeemed a free same price beverage upon next visit.
Problem is when I was making order at the counter the staffs seem not paying enough attention. Couldn’t explain the meal set to me and staffs at bar making tea also made mistake.
So these could all be avoided if they improve.
❎2. Waiting too long just to drop order
Today I went back for order and also redeem that free beverage. What happened was that another client taking at least 5-10mins just to drop her order. There was no queue just me waiting.
I suggest situation like this should be amended by asking another staff to service that special lady coz she needed explanation from A to Z and she needed staff’s recommendation only can make decision. Coz I saw other staffs were all free and only the counter staff was servicing us. Work could be speed up & customers don’t have to wait so long.
❎3. Time of operation is not updated
Was gonna redeem my drinks earlier but according to their WhatsApp business hour they close at 8pm actually now they changed to 930pm. I was quite confused coz their grab food was still opened but the business hour showing another story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with good internet. The cafe is spacious and not too crowded like other bubble tea shops around the area. Their drinks are just okay. The service is good and they also provide free water to customers.

Staff play the music LOUD sharp 11pm seem like wish to chase away all their customer and purposely make noise when they clean up but never come near by to inform customer that they are ready to close?

Pearls?? Their black pearls are hard and by chewing it you will just hurt your jaw. Ordered it the second time and both times those boba are just not chewy at all. Literally hard to chew on.
Ordered matcha pearl milk with add on white pearls. Like their white pearls and they are chewy especially after having those black pearls. The matcha drink completely failed, the matcha is too sweet and too powdery to taste. But I feel sorry because I applied the Niko Neko matcha standard to Chatto. Shouldn’t expect too much from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything doesnt make sense. The poke bowl is a mess, all the ingredients crashing with each other. Ingredients not harmonious, who the hell put kimchi and bonito flakes at the same bowl? My gawd. and there's granola in the poke bowl. Harlo, this is not a breakfast bowl ? everything bite makes me feel sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very convenient, the wifi was good and stable. They also provided electric outlet where we can charge our phones or laptops. So it's really cozy to just hang out with friends or do our works. The shop has 2 levels.
There are limited parking area available. The drink, however, is not really my favorite. It's ok. I ordered matcha pearl (rm11.9), which to me is lack of sugar. However, it was my 1st visit, so let's give it another chance. They also sell meals. My friend said her coffee was good though, Americano (rm 6).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal staff, not so friendly, they didn't greet us or gave us suggestions or small talk. Just doing their job which is to take our order. Environment is nice. Deco is good, Air-conditioning inside. Not noisy even with people inside, toilets are clean. Some customers leave their drinks at the table and don't throw them away them self. Staff might be busy sometimes to monitor all the tables upstairs. Mostly Chinese customers, when I visited anyways.
