β β β β β One of the old world KL shops functioning along Jalan Pudu. Mr.Francis inspired confidence, with his skill and straight forwardness. The price quoted for repairing the handbag straps was very reasonable. I am happy to discover this shop, for I do not need to buy a new bag.

β β β β β 1. On the 15th november (monday) I took two bags to repair the zip. Pudu cheong bag repair.
2. The lady who attended to me charged rm 45 + rm 8 = rm 53. I paid advance rm 50. She told me to collect in one weeks time.
3. This morning 24th november 2021, (more than a week already) I went to the shop and was told rudely by a young boy that the bag is not ready. He then shouted at me for questioning him why it is taking so long.
4. He was reluctant to return both my bag and my rm 50 that I had paid. But instead keep on shouting at me.
5. Please never never go to this shop in pudu to repair your bags.
6. This boy is rude and insane. He actually wanted to beat me up

β β β β β A bit of a challenge to get parking if you come alone. Its facing the main road to you have to use judgment to park your car. There is that risk of being towed or getting a ticket. But there are parking lots, just that you have to plan to walk.

Would advise interested individuals to call for a quote, as the merchant can advise.

It was great to find a place where they could fix my bags where I donβt have to buy one. They have great customer service and accurate information on the status of my repair.
They are professional and honest and did a great jobβ¦
I normally park on roadside and go in for awhile while many other cars do the same β¦
Thank You to the young man for your expertise on repair my bags which was badly torn β¦
Other shop might cost me hundreds of RM but here only RM 28 β¦

β β β β β Staff was nice and advised on what could be done to fix my kid's school bag. The shop did everything timely. Everything was fixed accordingly and I have no complaints, good workmanship. Price was very reasonable too. Glad to have found this shop who cpuld fix almost anything on your bag. Highly recommended and will certainly revisit for future fixings. Thanks!
