โ โ โ โ โ Some stuff at front counter are extremely rude, couldn't even answer simple question properly but give loud rude answer. I experienced it a few times. I have to say however some stuff are really nice, smile and joke around.

โ โ โ โ โ Service is super slow as expected from gov clinic. Please be aware that people here are very sensitive with 'questions'. Most dangerous word to be use is 'how long'.

โ โ โ โ โ The clinic is ok and super busy! You'll find people already waiting in line as early as 6.30am to get a number so as to avoid the q. The restrooms are quite clean and overall the clinic are improving as time goes by. The only problem is with parking your vehicle. Other than that, all is well especially with the current dedicated staffs and Doctors running the place, I believed that it's heading to the right direction.

โ โ โ โ โ The lady with glasses at the counter and nurses are very rude, work efficiency is super slow. Bad management and not follow the numbers, ahead liners can became the last one.

โ โ โ โ โ Really very disappointed with nurse nazwani Binti Mohamad shapie, she is not worth being a nurse .... She show her hot tempered to pregnancy women's ..... Expecially indian pregnancy ladies .... Such a bad attitude she have ... She not deserve to b a nurse since she is very rude to pregnancy ladies...
Since the day 1 her behavior not change yet.... My previous nurse all very good and polite and the Drs are awesome.... Please don't allow to attend patients... Since she is very hot tempered person.... And always like to blame this n that ... Even she do her own mistake.... never apologize.... Shouting n sarcastic ....

โ โ โ โ โ The service was too bad, i already wait more than 1 hour and the doktor inside the room see 1 customer and then come out doing something going back wait for a long time and then continue call other patient. I saw the other room was move smoothly just the number room 7 only wait the long time, i dnk why the inside this 2 doctor need walk around but other didnot. To inform is the number room 7 only! I wait from 10.00am until now, trying go inside ask when until my turn, the doctor give me the answer is just wait , got other patient, hello if u cannot handle fast for the patient, pls past the other patient to other doctor dont just let us wait for u. Tq very much?

โ โ โ โ โ Tak efisyen walaupun dah guna sistem baru (sistem nombor). The registration counter missed the patientโs number by not sending the ticket to the next respective counter. Been waiting for an hour to just realise this issue! Nurses were so rude and very disrespectful, instead of being sorry theyโre laughing over their stu*** mistake like the patientโs time was not precious.
