β β β β β just a flat..dark area,scary lift,rental only cheap 750 per month but not worth it because go inside very strict kalah2 kondominium...jgn tinggal..owner jahat..u mess up with him..dia panggil u mari..siaplah..pernah ugut kwn sy lepas dia review yg betul tapi condeming his place bagi dia..dia ugut akan lapor MCMC dan bg bankraptcy status to u,he said got power to do so..but my friend report police,he feel unsafed and moved out of there..so police is watching this place also..so be careful ya..good luck to your business.

β β β β β The management boss always lie and cheats your money, lift is always out of order, always delay any maintenance work even though requested for more than 5 times. There's termites, wall cracks, mold and when it rains heavily, water leaks through the ceiling. The water and electric bill is insanely high too. All out working during day and we're only at home during night time, no tv, no washing machine and bills are always RM90-100. We always pay our rent on time with no issue. When we moving out, they deduct half of our deposit! Their excuse keeps changing, and when its obviously their wrong, they like to end the argument by saying they're 'LANDLORD'. Loves to twist their words. So typical.

β β β β β The building Manager acts like he owns the place and seems to love dropping his job title every chance he gets as if it's the most important job in the world. He must not be doing a good job looking at the state of the building and other bad reviews. A rundown place with, from my encounter, management led by a horrible manager. Mind you, I was there just for 15 minutes waiting for someone. Can't imagine to actually live there.
* my reply to, I'm assuming must be the said Manager's reply, is that I have never lived and will never live there, a fact which you would have known from reading my review. And please stop giving fake 5 star reviews on yourself ?

β β β β β One of the cheapest rental I could find around KL. The management team has been selflessly maintaining the place very well. I have been living here for 2 years and there had been no issues with the management. All I did was paying my rents on time and I don't keep anything past the due dates since the management team has to pay the utility bills. If there were any problems, I'd complain to the management team and they are very quick to provide solutions. Thank you for providing me the best service. And the presence of MRT just made my life easier.

β β β β β Manager is a responsible person. He attends calls from tenants anytime we call. Those who are giving bad reviews do not know how to respect the rules set by the management. They go against the house rules and contract and complaint like it's their father's property. These people have no respect. Do not bother about the bad reviews.
This place is worth staying. Some technical issues may present as this is a refurbished old apartment but for the low rentals, this apartment is worth staying. Stayed here for two years before shifting to another place to work.
