★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not want to comment much. (InfantCare, babies below 18months)
Brought extra food for baby,instruction was to be given at 10am & 3pm/ tea break (the interval where baby will feel hungry as no food will be provided by the centre). Instead was given during lunch time, together with lunch (which to me will make baby eat less lunch provided by the centre, cause unnecessary hunger to the stomach.)
Request to teach good manner (tell baby not to flow other undesired behaviours other babies doing) request might be fulfilled as baby do not beat people/ throw toys/ step on toys & books when home. (Or maybe baby is too sick to do all that)
P/S: CherieHearts is the only childcare centre that we can find which takes care of infants. So we have not much choices.

We can’t thank teachers enough! They’ve always been helpful and transparent with anything and everything when it comes to our son!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get know this Center since year 2013 and with them 7 years. My both children joint in when they are 2 years old until graduated from preschool, I can see my children are happy and enjoyed. Until today they are still remembered and always want to go back to visit teacher there.
My view may not important but my children’s feedback can tell the facts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was pretty new with this center back in April 2021; however the teachers are really helpful in getting my son to build his sense of belonging and security in this new environment. After a couple of weeks, my son could adjust well with their child-friendly routine. He has grown healthily and happily ever since then. We love that the fact that this school bear good responsibility in controlling and observing the COVID-19 SOP to prevent any possible spread. The teachers are very responsive to my little request though I know they have lots to take care of. And they understand my concerns. There is an online platform that showcase our kid’s learning photos in the class, that gives us a better insights of what’s going on for the week too.
