★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Ruby for almost 5 sessions. Initial 4 sessions was OK. The last session was terrible. She cost 1st degree burn using the laser on my legs and armpit. When I texted her money mattered more than the damage she has caused. Very unprofessional. I paid total of rm 625 for extreme pain and scar. When ask for refund for the damage she says next session free. I would not send my sick dog to her. The session was excruciatingly painful like slicing through fresh meat.
She does the whole thing in her house with no strict sop followed. No registration or temperature monitoring. Another risky behaviour. Not only thar she rushes through the procedure just until you make the payment. She doesn't use local just mere ice to save time.
I seriously wonder if all the other reviews are genuine but please consider if you wants burns go to cherryco.
I wish can put no stars.

Ruby, as always, was super professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable, explaining the procedure as she went along. For a first timer, the pain wasn’t that bad.
Ruby was very professional at it.
We had a lot of conversation so I didn’t really paid any attention to the pain and in just a blink, all finished.
Love the result.
My skin feels so smooth and moisturised after Ruby applied 2 types of lotion/oil.
I am a bit worried if my skin gonna get itchy through the whole process but surprisingly it wasn’t.
Overall the service is wonderful, Ruby definitely knows whats she’s doing.
The price is very reasonably.
Finally, love the dog ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completed all 12 of my exclusive promo of IPL (Intense Pulsed Light). Ruby was very quick to answer all my worries during my first session about 3 years back in 2019 as it was my first time doing laser treatment and I was afraid of pain.
Since 2019 she has upgraded her laser machines from IPL to SHR (super hair removal) and during my last session was Diode Laser. It was all free upgrades to better machines for my treatment thankfully ?
I have also removed a number of my skin tags upon separate sessions for a nominal fee.
But my favourite part of it is chatting up with Ruby who's always happy to greet me whenever it's my session. Will be looking forward to my next session as always!
