★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 May 2018, appointment day for Free Inspection on my Chery Easter after receiving SMS (01135985863) from Chery on 23 April 2018.
First time going to Chery Glenmarie, small, nice place and nice welcome from the staff.
After finish inspection, their told me a few findings observed include the alternator issue. Bit surprise regard the alternator problem cause when I drove from Rawang to Chery Glenmarie, my current gauge shown 13.3Amp but after received shown 10.1Amp.
Scary to know the price replacement of the Alternator at Chery SC, I manage to drove to JPJ Kampung Jawa to settle my things and unlucky cant reach my regular workshop at Kepong, the car stranded at MRR2 and good service from my car insurance which their sent me the tow truck to towing to Kepong workshop.
Today 4 May 2018 : call Chery Glenmarie for clarification and hope their give me a call but if they silent, I will make official report to Tribunal Pengguna.
Lesson learnt to me : Nothing is Free and I also been charge RM5.30 by them and big amount to be spent for the Alternator.
Watch out all Chery owner out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for diagnostic for Rm85... Yet they couldn't find out the problem I came for and they billed out for steering rack and so on which cost more than Rm2k..
I was like my problem is not stated here.. (mine: leaking petrol under the engine *hose problem *)
Bad services..
And after my advice they diagnosed again and find out that the hose needed to be changed.
Hence they charged me RM285 for new hose, clips and diagnosis charges.
I waited for almost 3 hours where I'm the only customer..
Chery Malaysia really have to take some actions on this.
