There should have a guest parking. and Many shop using the Corridor which should not be done.
after all this. I thinkk its a nice place to stay.

Guards are extremely helpful and reliable.
Lots of shops on the Ground and First floor, from mamak food, to Chinese hawker, to high tea and delicious gourmet like sushi, cheese cake and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pearl Avenue is a good place for a living. Facilities here is so many like Secret Recipes, Kindergarten, Appliances Shop, Arabic Market and restaurants. Even CIMB is here. Parking is free without no charge. The road is one way for safety and avoid a traffic jammed. Swimming and gym facilities is for who living here. With good security and access card allow for one floor which where do you live. Without no doubt, you will be safe here.
