โ โ โ โ โ lately many procedures, and many machine can't use. Even running machine cut down to half due to distance control. Not feeling good to go.

โ โ โ โ โ It is super unacceptable for the centre to tell that they are out of towel supply by just around 7pm, with the say "don't know, because many member from other branch come here today" On Saturday, u say u didn't expect that to happen
By the way, there should be an corrective action if the staff notice that the clean towel supply going to use up soon, to replenish or sent some for wash asap. This is kind of a shame to let this happen, with that member had paid for the service!

โ โ โ โ โ System sucks, during pandemic member fee continue charging but gym close, after the gym reopen still continue charge but discount a bit only. There were also few equipments cushion broken for months. Been told that there are people who got Covid but still enter the gym without telling. Over all its not worth the price, cancel right away. When there are equipment out of service the equipment will be hold for months, so if you think that they got more equipment, thatโs just there with paper printing out of service. Always need to QUEUE for equipment too. Those are my personal experience from Chi fitness. For your preference only.
