โ โ โ โ โ The worst gym i had ever experience, hot shower been down for three weeks now, and no update nor notes from them. Gym and class are small and easily get crowded add on with covid movement control, the slot get filled up too fast too quick. And the subscription based membership is even worst. the lack of training of the sales person, sweet talk you to signing up with a lot of assurance, and only found out it when you want to cancel it, then is when the terms and condition kick in which never been explained/ covered up by the sales. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, there is plenty of other gym room out there for your choice nowadays.

โ โ โ โ โ Employees are very friendly and trainer is helpful also.My favourite class is Zumba * take at ur own risk hahaha* Overall I have great experience with this gym however I wish they have more space for matt workouts but itโs understandable. ;))

โ โ โ โ โ Varieties of group fitness classes conducted by dedicated instructors.
Though the place is not big, but the planning is good, they utilise every spaces.
Cleaner always sweeping and cleaning in the restroom, considered very clean with this high volume of members.
The shower is very nice.
It's worth every penny if you come very often.
The cheap parking here is a plus point. Only RM1 for first four hours. You can exercise, shower, then go for a meal, enjoy the aircond in the mall and pay one buck for the parking only.

โ โ โ โ โ Annoying payment system. Not all staff are friendly / helpfull. Studio cannot be use by member, outside of class hour. Very limited space that has wide mirror , and too many equipment there so no space for people to use that mirror (ex: for dance). Some staff deliver inaccurate information.

โ โ โ โ โ Great gym with new facilities and very well maintained. Trainers are helpful and friendly. However, itโs very crowded in the evening due to working crowd. Classes are fully booked the day before and are so packed that you tend to hit the person beside you. Thereโs a queue for shower area during peak time. Really needs to expand.

โ โ โ โ โ Brand New gym facilities. Staffs need more product knowledge training to provide accurate info to potential customers, for e.g. what kind of Yoga classes are offered in the routine. No info available on this. The staffs seem to know very basic if not nothing about classes in the package when asked. Despite just keep nagging to sign us up to the gym membership. Please do something about this CHI management. Thank you.

Sign up for a 6 month package. Itโs not the end of the six months, but the 7th month (is every month) will continue to deduct your money ?โผ๏ธ
Donโt think that signing for six months is โendโ. You have to inform them that the package is over, and STOP ? your autopay, auto transfer, auto debit etc. or they will keep deducting automatically without your permission and no need you sign and document to process the deduction โผ๏ธ
When you email or call up the staff is very rude and threatening speech :โ Just one sentence, do you want to pay?โ OMG this THEATEN โผ๏ธ
