β β β β β Visited chiang heng puchong branch today 16/2/21. One of the staff are very rude. Dont judge people by their appearance. Super rude. Next time please stated clearly a note on your main door that chiang heng puchong doesn't accept cash. Rude way to accuse people.

β β β β β From the moment me n my family members stepped into the shop . All the staffs in the shop dont even try greet or bother to serve us at all . All of them dont even look or try to ask us to take a seat or anythg . They just left us standing without attending us at all . We stood and waited for more than 30 minutes not even 1 staff try to come for us . Even the staff is busy . At least dont treat your customer like they are invisible . No work ethic at all . Even the price is cheaper we rather go other place . We wont spent money even 1 cent to this shop anymore . Super bad service and attitude . Continue with this kind of service wont run big in future . Thats all ! Wasted my whole family time waiting .

β β β β β Wait for 20minutes for the so called receipt but in the end they said cannot process the proper receipt bcuz of exchanging the things, pls improve your system
And still need your customers purposely make a trip to your shop again to take the official receipt
