★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang dari jauh dan lapar. Bila duduk ambil satu kerusi utk letak bag.. waiter kata x boleh. Sy tahu kerusi untuk duduk, tapi memandangkan tiada customer sangat. (4/5 meja je yg ada org) pun waktu saya sampai... (Jam 4.30 petang) ingat bolehlah selesakan diri untuk makan. Dan bolehlah layan anak2.
Kalau kedai kedekut sangat... Minta maaf lah , kami cari kedai lain. Its only a chair. No big deal. But maybe the chair its more valuable than customers. Thank you very much.
 Coming from far away and hungry. When sitting down, take a chair to put the bag .. the waiter said x can. Sy knows a chair to sit on, but considering there are no customers very much. (4/5 tables with people) even when I arrived ... (4.30 pm) remember, you can get ready to eat. And let's serve the children.
If the store is very stingy ... I'm sorry, we're looking for another store. Its only a chair. No big deal. But maybe the chair its more valuable than customers. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad. Untuk penggemar nasi ayam boleh cuba. Cuma mungkin saya dah biasa makan nasi ayam berdekatan area rumah saya di Ipoh yang sedap dan lengkap dengan sos merah, jadi di chicken rice heritage ni maca nasi ayam hainan punya version, sos merah nya kurang kick - bagi saya la. Lain orang lain taste bud nya kan. Pilihan sayur terbaikkkk. Nasi dihidang suam-suam dan sup pun suam, just nice. Air sedap. Servis laju, lokasi strategik cuma parking limited. Kalau nak cuba boleh datang, cuma kalau saya sekali rasa pun dah okay.
Not bad. For fans of chicken rice can try. It's just that maybe I'm used to eating chicken rice near my house in Ipoh which is delicious and complete with red sauce, so in this chicken rice heritage maca nasi ayam hainan has a version, the red sauce is less kick - for me. Other people have a taste bud, right? The best vegetable selection. The rice is served lukewarm and the soup is lukewarm, just nice. The water is delicious. Fast service, strategic location only limited parking. If you want to try, you can come, only if I think it's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makanan sedap. Tempatnya cantik. Harga tak mahal sangat. Cool thing is makanan kita dihidang oleh robot roda tu. Cuma servis kena improve sikit. Ada order tertinggal, order takeaway kena pergi kaunter 2 kali baru nak jalan. Padahal staf ramai je belakang kaunter tapi taktahu buat apa.
Delicious food. The place is beautiful. The price is not very expensive. Cool thing is our food is served by that wheel robot. Only the service needs to improve a bit. There are orders left, takeaway orders have to go to the counter 2 times to go. Even though many staff are behind the counter but don't know what to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, nay, horrible service. My family and I went here to eat for buka puasa. We arrived there the earliest but unfortunately our food arrived the last around 8. The fact we already booked first. Imagine having to buka puasa seeing the others who arrived later then you got the food and there you are staring at the emptiness of your table. Unbelievable! "First come, first serve" should be prioritized. The workers kept saying sorry as if that gonna solve the problems. I do not recommend this restaurant at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very BAD SERVICES!!! We came in groups during iftar & made a reservation with early full payment upon ordering. However, our foods (including drinks) not yet served even its time to break the fast. The foods served 30 minutes later, despite other customers who came later than us got their food first. They kept saying sorry but they don't even solved the problems. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant. The food were so so, and trust me you will regret it because the services were HORRIBLE. To the manager, please train your staffs with good manners especially the cashier, who was very rude. For me, they don't deserve any star at all!
