★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/11/2021 we consulted the clinic prior to our kids health condition. But the Malay women attending us at the register counter (wearing yellow attire) was very rude, moody, looking very stressfull and not at the best condition to serve the customer. We felt pressured to go through with the registration process. Bad customer service from the counter. Not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been bringing my son to Dr Wong for most of his medical problem.Went to her clinic to ask her to write a letter for my son who has allergies since his school wanted a letter from a doctor including the medication he was on.Somehow she was so rude saying she does not want to write any letter and saying the school does is trying to push responsibility to her. She told me she has no idea because she has never treated him during the allergic reaction.Of course for a more serious reaction i bring him to emergency departmemt since i know her clinic does not have enough facilities for emergency treatment.I do not mind if she told me off nicely but she was literally raising her voice.Sorry Dr Wong, that was the last time i will ever set foot there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very friendly and nice while attending to my son. Good experience for the first time visit though the clinic is quite busy non-stop with only 2 staffs. Hope the medicine suitable for my son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 9yo son has been seeing Dr Wong since birth. Recently my husband and son contracted Covid. As we were quarantined at home, we had to get our mum in law (who was staying separately from us) to assist in buying medications from Dr Wong. However, it was very disappointing to hear that Dr Wong discriminated my mum in law, asked her to stay away from the clinic, wait outside and told her NOT to come to the clinic but should get our medications from klinik kesihatan (this is despite my mum in law telling the doctor that we do not stay with each other). With this experience, we lost that trust on Dr Wong, definitely not coming back and will not recommend the doctor at all!
