โ โ โ โ โ The doctor was frustrated and look annoyed when he heard my baby cried. Didn't show any care or even try to comfort my baby. Just wanted us to leave ASAP. I thought a paediatrician should be caring and have more patient?

โ โ โ โ โ Very unfriendly doctor and he only took like a minute with my child! Not asking any warning signs or any associated symptoms, Very bad social skills for someone who is supposed to be expert on child development . Would NEVER go back there again. The counter nurses were wonderful though.

If you don't have rm500 in your pockets then don't walk in to see Dr Chan.
3 times visit for a minor skin fungal infection on my kids hand and cost me almost rm800!! Plus no guarantee can cure!!
1st time visit rm200 (2 cream, 1 small soap, 1bottle shower gel)
2nd visit another rm200 for same antifungal cream which the cream is not curing the infection yet extra add 1 unnessesary vitamin D. Ask to go back after 7 days.
3rd visit after 7 days.rm328!! Which the fungal infection on my kids hand still not cure. extra 1 antifungal cream plus 1 whole month probiotics which is not nesssary at all!!
End up plus 1 word from Dr Chan > if your kids finish up all the probiotics and the cream after 1 month but the fungal still not cure then you have to visit other skin specialist doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ This the second chances i gave to the clinic before i leave a bad review. Last 2 month ago when i bring my son (13 month baby) for vaccination and i request for MMR since its due for that vaccine but doctor refuse my request and keep forcing me to do pneumococcal vaccine. At the end i accept his advise because he (dr Chan) told me it's the last pneumococcal vaccine (PV13 for the 4th vaccine) for my baby.
Today, i bring my son again for MMR vaccine, but before the nurse pass the vaccine to him, he start promoting other vaccination to me. Again he told me got another vaccine call meningococcal and it's suppose to inject at 9 month old then he direct write a next appointment for me, ask me to bring my baby for that vaccine on next month.
I'm wonder is he a doctor or a salesman? Didn't ask anything about the baby before do vaccination but do ask mommy to bring him for more vaccination.

โ โ โ โ โ My baby had sign of slanting neck when he was few months old. This doctor blatantly said it will heal automatically when he grows up, without even checking. It was until after 6 months that we realized it wasn't getting any better and start seeking other osteo/physio advice. His main focus is always hard selling his probiotic products. Pls do remind yourself that you're still a doctor not just a businessman.

โ โ โ โ โ The price is slightly high compared to hospital specialist and itโs true probiotic come first. Wonder why so long queue and so many parents willing to wait for few hours to see the doctor, thought was an experience and professional doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ Salesman doctor.. first time visit RM 500++ because kid lung sensitive and nose block night time, same like others comment.. probiotics come first. The doctor said 2nd time visit will teach how to eat the food in right way to boost immune. After 2nd visit, is really disappointed because still same promoting Vitamin, probiotic and 5 others supplement. Bill me RM 700 !! If you prefer medicine and supplement type of parent then is OK.. For me, this is really not right way to boost kid immune.
