The CHOGM Park is notable only in that it celebrates the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting" that countries within the Commonwealth attend.
The park has a little plaque for each country and a metal sculpture of the world.. amusingly, the sculpture omits The UK, Singapore and poor old Tasmania (Australia's southernmost island state).
All along this precinct in Kuah is strewn with parks and reserves so you don't need to go specifically to CHOGM to enjoy nature.

@ evening one should take a walk along the seashore to get better sunset view...? & sure it ll be romantic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome park. Wide area with number of playing equipments.. Kids enjoyed a lot. Rides are super.. Night opening is a big plus.. parking available. Carm and quite place with most of the features..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful park but in desperate need of maintenance. It says it was opened in 1996. It doesn't look like they have done any upkeep since then. It is however still pleasant to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting stories and legends with statues and buildings all around the park, beautiful nature. Sadly the park doesn't look very looked after anymore, many buildings, bridges and plaques are run down and unreadable. Otherwise a peaceful place and a nice area to jog at as well.
