★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a week i brought my car for aircond's repair, my car's condition get more worst and i went to them to complaints about their service but they say it is not their fault. But obviously i send my car to them to repair my aircond and just for a week my aircond broken. Now i'm paying for the other services and done hearing all the mistake made by this shop...very disappointed with Chong Air Cond Auto Services and i lost my RM630 just to give them freely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foreman cracked my dashbroad plastic trim. They did not tell me, before i found out. The boss told me come back next day, and let him send for repair. However, in my opinion, they should order a new part and replace it. After repair, the front grill and car body have visible gap, and also found missing and loose plastic clips. After i checked, they just replace some clips for me. However, the gap between the front grill and car body remain visible. very disappointed on their quality of service.
