★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the starbucks x christy ng mooncake tote and sent it back for the embroidery. It came back within the stipulated time frame however it came back smelling so awful. The bag straps/handle on the bag(i didnt send them my extended strap) smells like rusted metal and no matter how much i tried to spray fabric fragrance (multiple times after it dried I would repeat the process) on it , it would still smell just as bad, is it the machine used to do the embroidery? The embroidery itself was good, thank you but i really cannot use the bag when it smells so horrible. Can I soak the whole bag in soap water ? Do I have to sundry it? Do I have to send it to a dry cleaner ? Please advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved their shoe design especially for bridal shoes that could custom made the design. Something that I think could work better is to train your staff to know what size they have in their own store. Seems to be mess up with the stocks. Anyhow, the staff is still consider very attentive to hand me a heel protector when I just simply mentioned i have difficulty to choose the right size as I normally have heel protector to adjust my heels. (Very considerate 1U male staff). Low or out of stock quantity in both store and online website is very irritating. Next is the online website could be improve, it do not have a tab that shows all the heel accessories you have, I find it difficult to search what I want to add up on my heels. Hope you could stay strong in this pandemic and looking forward for more design. #dontfindropetohangyouselfinthispandemic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of Christy Ng products is EXTREMELY BAD for the exorbitant prices they charge. I purchased the Christy Ng x Starbucks Hari Raya bag for RM138, after using ONLY TWICE, the strap holder of the bag broke. This is due to the extremely bad quality of the stitching as I never carried any heavy things in the bag. I was refused a refund and offered another lousy bag with bad stitching instead. I realised all Christy Ng bags have the same terrible stitching. In fact, the others had blemishes in the print as well. Their workmanship is really terrible, same as those cheap “Made in China” bags usually priced below RM10. To sell bags of such poor quality at RM100+ is such an insult. I will never touch another bag from this seller ever again.
