โ โ โ โ โ Conned shop.Bad experience being CHEATED on my Bmw Auto Transmission Gear Box..Repaired Rm5000 on so-called overhaul the Bmw Transmission Gear Box and the boss(aka SENG)told me he can done goodjob and after this overhaul,the gearbox able to used very long time as like new condition.
Just only used for 1-2 week and the Gear Box Warning Sign Alert JAMMED on 3rd Gear(LIMP MODE).Went back to the workshop asked to settle.But the boss(aka Seng) said Rm5000 is only for changing oil sealed but not yet included repaired.Gearbox was JAMMED,the boss changed oil sealed for what purpose!Market price in Penang overhaul the gearbox around Rm5000(warranty 3 month).I knew & Felt BEING CONNED.
I know his previous worker(aka Tuo Bui Cheng)used to repaired gearbox for more than 10 years(No Longer In This Workshop).He told me his lousy boss(aka SENG)conned me cause after he left,NOBODY CAN REPAIRED & his lousy boss DONT HAVE SPECIAL TOOLS TO OVERHAUL GEARBOX.
Carefuiily on all the replacement Spare Parts.Using LOUSY CHINA PARTS(engine mounting,bush,brake pads....)Only last for months(1-2 months)and the brake pad even more worst,very unpleasant noise &
Not Gripping at all on Emergency.
Please kept the receipts and proof it yourself in case you are in this workshop.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible expensive labour charges compare to others workshop.The labour charges is calculating by each parts installing.Most worse issue on this workshop hired very lousy workers(irresponsible attitudes)same as the conned boss(aka SENG).Examples1)I installing engine mounting,the workers totally not tighten the nuts.The engine cracking sounds,went back to the shop.The boss said small matter only,his workers forgot to tighten the nuts.2)installing new radiator,there was an option for MANUAL/AUTO TRANSMISSION.Small plastic screw gadget with a manual paper guide.Long screw is for Auto & Short screw is for Manual.The lousy workers installing short plastic screw on my new radiator affected the coolant didn't flow to oil cooler & jammed the transmission system.How worst is this workshop!!!
This is a very SERIOUS ISSUE.This could be LIFE-THREATENING on me & families.How come this workshop kept doing lousy bad job!Are your workshop well trained to con Customers or Wanna people caught on accident!Dont care people's LIFE.Always need to double/triple checked on all the parts being installed by this lousy workshop.Make money with very expensive labour charges(hired cheap lousy workers)still acceptable but plz don't conned & plz stop doing

Checking.But seem this lousy boss Wanna also treat customers like water fish.KEPT TRICKED my money
By created lots of bad job done behind.The car kept broken down at roadside.This SO-CALLED workshop.
For car diagnostic,others shop won't charges but this shop will charge rm100/rm80 or more only
on diagnostic service.The worst is the shop don't have updated software to programme although they have a lousy not updated laptop to show people.How accuracy for an outdated software!
This workshop totally not eligible as a Bmw Specialist nor a workshop as well.
