โ โ โ โ โ I went to the clinic based on a friend recommendation. I was abit shocked when I didnt have to register like a normal clinic. Dr Chua just came out like that, and I straight away went into consultation room. He did mention I have mask acne, and suggested I take pills. I had lip flaking and itching problems and he suggested ointment and lip gloss. I kindly declined the acne meds and lip gloss and he was okay with it, never forced me. and now after a few days, my flaky lips problem that has been bothering me for months nw is gone! Im so happy! thank you for the straightforward diagnosis and treatment Dr.

โ โ โ โ โ i went in with severe PSORIASIS and PSA. took the advice and treatment and my skin felt much better and cleared within a week. so much improvement and my PSA improved well.
i would highly recommend Dr Chuah.
very friendly and very helpful

DONT go to this clinic unless you want to burn a Big hole in your pocket. A salesman doctor who only know how to promote/prescribe strong medication for quick results & of course his quick gain ! Be prepared at least rm600- 1000 for your each visit. His titles does not tally with his professionalism & etical practice. Just wonder why MMA never take action on this culprit member ??

โ โ โ โ โ Like many who have written on this review page, I had also VERY BAD experience with seeing this doctor. Accidently found this clinic on google without reading review first. Not even 5 minutes sitting down, he gave me an injection without explaining what it is. Then after asking me why I think I have skin condition, he concluded and repeated what I told him, taken then to be his diagnosis of my condition. Then he took me to cashier and promoted loads of products to me. when i told him i am not interested to buy some of his recommended products, he got agitated, angry and shouted at me, especially when i questioned why so expensive. all his creams are normal off the shelf products which is a lot cheaper in pharmacies. in the end he pushed to charge me MYR680. what is worse is he continued to harrass me over sms and watsapp the following days with mentally disturbed comments about his skill which do not make sense and in broken english. i regret writing my personal phone contact and address on their clinic card. i checked the medication he gave me and they are all steroids. my skin has not improved. i suspect the injection is also steroid. the clinic that everyone is writing about is the correct clinic, and the correct person. though he keep trying to deny in all the reviews. it is one HORRIBLE experience which i hope NO ONE ELSE will have to go through by sharing this review.

โ โ โ โ โ Wow... I actually want to bring my boy to this clinic simply because it's the nearest. But after reading the comments, NAH... I've changed my mind. Comments actually scare me away lol. Yo Doc, I don't wanna to judge a book by its cover but, if these poor comments keep going on like this, definitely not good for business. A passerby wish you good luck. 3 stars it is... I believe surely there are reasons why people are giving you bad reviews. Of course other clinics have poor reviews too but, yours simply rocket sky high, it's definitely exceeded NORMAL.

Been here like almost 8 years ago for my infected rashes and face acne treatment.
As far my memory serves, Dr Chua is a professional and responsible doctor. The med prescribed actually worked. Solving skin issues are not one day magic, my rashes took weeks or almost a month to start showing improvement.
I don't remember the time taken of the consultation but frankly I don't mind. You pay for the value, not the time. It's true that the fee was on the pricey side, but the med worked. Plus, I did follow-up so mine exceeded thousand in total. Till this day, I still kept one of the med in case there's any rashes again. I do know that some of them contain little amount of steroids, and fully understand they are not for daily usage. Strictly for treatment.
I would give 5 star for the overall experience, diagnosis and treatments of my skin issues.
Final 4 star because it is still true that my parents did paid 1k+ to treat my skin so yea, a bit pricey.
