Wollawei, I need cost to prepare payment using company money. Not just buy like the money is mine. Thanks lah. So decided not come. huhuhu. I is hurt.

She said we dont have that item, but this item also same2 what you need.... what the hack !!...why ?????...marketing strategy??...oh pleaseee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very angry and disappointed because they did not met our initially agreed date of delivery and time due to some internal issues and had expected us to self collect them (we ordered large wooden boards, bricks and cements that needed a vehicle like Hilux if we need it urgently. Their suggestion defeats the purpose of us paying for delivery to our house but the youngest of the owner (Siong) made up for it by delivering our items on his own the next morning. Would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for reasonably priced hardware in Singapore but you probably want to put some buffer time for delivery when you consider what i went through

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service. bought washed coarse sand for 1 load. Pay for 1 load = RM 720.. They said 1 load equal to 15-16 ela. but on site send 2 small lorries (because big lorry is not available on Friday) , received 10 ela only. They should send again another 5 ela of washed sand. but they ignore our request. Not an honest supplier. Please do not buy sand with them. We loss 5 ela
