★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis yang sangat teruk, bad service.
Datang hanya mahu membeli spareparts engine oil, cvt oil dan air filter sahaja.
Datang pada pukul 1.30 pada hari jumaat 5/6/2022.
Staff kata perlu tunggu sampai pukul 2 untuk rehat.
Ok baik saya tunggu tak mengapa. Tiba2 pukul 2 tanya bila kaunter buka, staff kata 2.30 pula. Okay baik tak mengapa saya tunggu lagi.
Pukul 2.30 saya dtg kaunter utk order barang, dia kata ada 2 orang dia perlu settlekan dulu sebelum saya. Ok baik takda masalah.
Dari saya seorang saja di ruang menunggu pada pukul 1.30 sampai dah penuh ruang menunggu semua di entertain dulu tanpa settlekan dulu urusan saya, atas alasan nak print semua receipt sekaligus?
Apa punya servis mcm ni? Kalau datang untuk sekali servis kereta saya faham boleh tunggu lama tak ada masalah. Tapi saya datang untuk beli spareparts sahaja. Macam ni layanan honda pada customer yang nk beli. Parts original di dealer sah mereka?
Sekarang masa saya menaip jam menunjukkan 3.30pm, masih belum terima barang saya. Hampir 2 jam menunggu hanya untuk beli parts. Very bad service dari honda service center CHUAN THYE MOTOR SDN BHD!

Arrived at 1.30pm on Friday 5/6/2022.
Staff said they need to wait until 2 o'clock for a break.
Ok well I'll wait it's okay. Suddenly at 2 o'clock he asked when the counter was open, the staff said 2.30. Okay fine why don't I wait any longer.
At 2.30 I came to the counter to order goods, he said there were 2 people he had to settle before me. Ok well no problem.
From me alone in the waiting room at 1.30 until the waiting room was full, everyone was entertained first without settling my affairs first, for the reason of wanting to print all the receipts at once?
Do you have this mcm service? If you come for a car service, I understand you can wait a long time, there is no problem. But I came to buy spareparts only. This is the Honda service for customers who don't buy. Original parts at their authorized dealer?
Now the time I type the clock shows 3.30pm, still haven’t received my stuff. Almost 2 hours waiting just to buy parts. Very bad service from honda service center CHUAN THYE MOTOR SDN BHD!
