โ โ โ โ โ To Chung Main and all of their existing and loyal customers if you have always had good experience here, good for you and my apologies to Chung Main. Must've been a bad day at the office for them.
My own experience (Saturday, 13/10/2108) is as bad as they come. I called them up in the afternoon enquiring whether they do quick namecard printing. They said yes, so, I proceeded to send my artwork (.AI and .PDF format) to them. They mentioned all can be done within 2 hours. So, I told them, 'Great! I have sent the files. Let me run my errands and I will see you in 2 hours' time'.' Fast forward 2 hours, I dropped by happily to collect my namecards and end by 'working Saturday'. To my disappointment, the person who answered my call was there and looking like it's her 1st day at school. I asked, 'Can I have my namecards please?' To which she answered, 'Urmm.. I'm waiting for my Boss to come and print your cards'. Why, oh, why did she not mention she is not capable of proceeding with the job after 30 mins of waiting for her superior. Like a champion she asked, 'Do you know how to do this?' So, just wanting to get things done, I started working on their template, bla, bla bla.. Till a guy came in, and gave me dirty looks from a far, I assume this is the Boss. Feeling rightfully uneasy as I am using their machine in their shop, I asked him, 'Can I do this? Your assistant (who left conveniently), said to help as I gave the job 2 hours ago'. Huffing and puffing the 'Boss' took over and struggled over the files, complaining with every keystroke. I told him, 'Don't make me sound like I am in the wrong. I definitely am not, I just need to get my namecards out'. He said, 'Orang saya tak patut ambil job jika takda masa.' Which I agree and told him, 'Please tell that to her, why are you telling me that.' I beared with this person simply because of desperation and I needed my things done. So, after struggling and complaining, he finally said, 'Boss, I perlu mintak tolong you lah.' Sigh. I did everything from then on. Till he started to print and cut. Cutting short, got my namecards, no apologies, discount was given by the initial sales assistant, not the 'Boss'. On top of that, I paid for something I did! Chung Main Stationers S/B, you are a disappointment.

โ โ โ โ โ Lousy service. Bad attitude. Never go back to this shop. Ask for price through whatsapp before send for hard cover binding But the price is higher when you send to them. When come to collection, the wording in hard cover binding is wrong. They did not even apologizes, just using lcly tone ask you to send back to them and collect after 3 days. After 3 days, When you reach there for the collection, they tell you the binding is not ready yet and ask you to come again later. (NOT EVEN FACING TO YOU WHILE TALKING).

โ โ โ โ โ I went there just now. Very SHOCKED & SURPRISED there is a RUDE uncle. EXTREMELY RUDE and VERY BAD the way he treated me. Wonder how many people have faced the same issue there. Please go to other better stationery shops if you don't want to get scolded for no reason there.

โ โ โ โ โ This shop is run by an elderly couple helped by their son. The latter seems indifferent to your enquiries. He makes you feel you are there for him and not otherwise.
If you need to buy stationery, it's worth a try. Getting good service for printing, binding, etc is no guarantee.
