โ โ โ โ โ A simple case of land subdivision, started in 2013, has taken more than 5 years and no results to show for it.
The standard answer for nearly 5 years was our application was not approved.
We subsequently found out that the land office had responded in 2016 with their requirements. Land office issued another reminder in 2017.
From 2016 to early 2018, we had no answers to our queries. We only found out from the law firm in 2018 as to the new requirement by the land office after many visits.
Rare occasion where a govt department is more efficient that this law firm!
Once you pay your fees upfront, they lose interest in your business. That is my personal opinion from our experience.
