New system, new procedure, for 2020, they are new green card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management. Attended a course on Saturday but the whole building was shut down including food store and convenient store. It was suppose to start at 8:30am but it only happen at 9:30am. Please be more effective and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and quiet place for exam. I went to there for sicw exam. The questions are simple and straight forward. Double check your exam location before you go there . One of the candidates can't attend the exam because he went to the wrong time slot or location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as bad as I was told. Maybe I went on weekday? The serving speed was decent and the helpfulness was alright. But as for the face expression during communication can be improved. Regardless, yeah the parking was like almost non, so have to park at neighbors buildings (if your lucky - RM1.50 per hour - Less than an hour I need). Else gona park at the "per day" parking which cost RM4 (Sept 2018)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is now online so if you have any inconviniences, they wont help you anymore as its not in their jurisdiction to interfere nor modify anything related to any documents even if you came in person to the counter. Which makes me questions, why dont you just put a sign to let us know before hand anything which is online can only be handled online. Wanted to change something with the account trouble i had but not only the online help wanst as helpful, the counter cant do anything about it either way so its gonna be a continuous loop unless you register everything as new and terminate the old one. This waste soo much potential and time . Sometimes, old methods helps do the work faster and more efficient than modern solutions.
