★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow customer service. Please avoid if you don’t want to get your mood ruined. Used self-service coin deposit machine and encountered system error, went to ask for help and waited for ages. Met another lady also shouting and complaining the bad customer service and low efficiency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch I ever visited. Am stuck for more than 1 hour after the coin machine malfunction and and my money stuck in the machine. The officer not even wanna border and i need to keep on wait. Till now am still sitting here with helpless. Who is the manager that allow this kind of staff working here? Reputable finance line, worst working attitude( parasite) Embarrassing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my number 7011 when the counter is serving 7009. I seated for 5 min and a Lady came and told me, it’s gonna takes a while, asked me to come back after an hour. So I went to run my errand and came back after an hour. Unfortunately, my number has pass and she asked me to take a new number. I got the new number and looked at the current serving number is 3 customers different. This is really an unpleasant experience that I got from Bukit tinggi branch. Perhaps I can suggest to implement a sms system to inform the customer to come back when reaching their turn. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For this review -infinity (don’t deserved a star) for the worst service ever experience on 8 June 2021. It was MCO (MCO has been 1 yr++ now). I was there to open youth account for my daughter. 20-30 mins queue, got me in. Forgotten my daughter’s birth cert and asked my husband to bring it over... it is already almost 40-50mins since I came in, fill up the so call form. When my number was call..asking me to go to cubicle 9, instead some arrogant/rude officer at cubicle 10 (at time she’s entertain another. customer), not even politely asking me to place the form at cubicle 9. Almost an hour of pain staking wait, she simply arrogantly said, MCO they can’t process the application regardless if my daughter on part time or even when I said I need to bank in to my child (WTH... MCO has been a year++ now). MCO is just a lame excuses. CIMB should came in with a think out of box solution and not hampering your customer. Please remember, if it is not your customer, you are nobody. Attitude change needed. The same notes goes to all banking facilities across Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank I ever encountered. Queueing is never an issue to me but your bank is really ridiculous. Made me wait since 1pm (now 2.17pm) in your premises but still no one attend to me no one asking me anything, asked them they told me to wait wait wait.
RIDICULOUS!!!!!
I just want to change my debit card why you make me wait so long, until now still no one settle for me. Your manager sleeping is it?!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this branch to terminate my ASBF. Filled up the form and submit to the officer, she made averse expression. Two weeks later, I called Customer Service Centre and they said there is no report submitted for ASBF termination yet..so frustrated with the staff there especially the lady on the Loan department. CIMB also should improve this mechanism, why make it so complicated...lot of human errors when you are using traditional method (print form, filled up etc)..make it online, much easier and no hassle no issue like this!
