★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly Staffs, Very Helpfull. Each time i came here for any bank related stuff, the staffs were very polite and very helpfull. Hope you guys maintain this. unlike cimb in jelutong branch, rude staffs, not helpfull, and not friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience lately. What’s the difference of being a Prefferred customer when do not see any added value of being one. Especially queuing! And was being informed that “it’s the same waiting queue by FIFO”. CIMB, if the brand doesn’t offer the value for Prefferred customers, put up a sign!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at this branch attended by the lady in the front customer service counter. She demonstrated her ability attending to clients however, she’s lacking in displaying with a smile and manner of speech.
She just needs to put a smile and be more courteous then she’s almost wholesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is friendly, and they make sure quick service. Any problems you can just get them and they'll find solutions and suggestions for you. Parking is everywhere, but beware if you park illegally, MBPP often targets this place. ATM is on almost all day long except late night if I am not mistaken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serious CIMB Bank service is damn bad I’ve given so many chance but they literally didn’t improve anything. I submit document they ask me wait to receive the letter after receive the letter the manger told me if you bring the letter to us, we can straight open an account and solve everything. Yesterday, I bring the letter go they use 1 and a half hour still can’t open account, told me is system problem. Today I call the staff told me they are contacting KL department to solve. HELLO! To settle this thing I go there for 3 times. Not only your bank have work to do include me everytime they said can settle I apply one day to settle. One year 7 leave, nice to waste 3 times leave on CIMB still can’t settle after 3 times even I get the letter. If the person in charge my case please let the staff take the responsible to in charge my case don’t suddenly change a new staff then the document have to let the new staff also have to check all the document one time. Like this waste half hour to check the same thing and I also have to explain one more time
