โ โ โ โ โ Hi CIMB HQ, after this, bila nak recruit new staff, selain banking and finance sector kena power, you pun kena consider customer service skills. Ataupun boleh je hantar staff tu kursus customer service.
Pagi tadi (09 May 2022 around 9.30 am dekat kaunter 3) I pegi tukar duit. Selama ni elok dan boleh je i tukar ikut kuantiti yg i nak. Tiba tiba pagi tadi tak boleh kurangkan kuantiti rm1. Your staff kata "tak boleh sebab dah ikat rm1 sebanyak rm100 kpg" ?. Dah tu machine kira duit tu buat hiasan ke? I nak 50pcs je sbb nak duit kecil lain juga.
Memang benda remeh. Tapi cara your staff tu rude buat I bengang. If a single sorry come from her mouth, maybe I wouldn't be bother dengan hal ni.
Oh, ayat dia : "ambik je lah duit ni" (not in a proper intonation)
Bukan semua mcm ni. Staff lain elok je ada manners. Maybe dia baru period tu emo kut.

This morning (09 May 2022 around 9.30 am near counter 3) I went to change money. So far, it's good and I can change it according to the quantity I want. Suddenly this morning, you can't reduce the quantity of RM1. Your staff said "I can't because I tied RM1 as much as RM100 kpg" ?. Did the machine calculate the money for decoration? I want 50pcs so I want another little money too.
It's a trivial thing. But the way your staff is rude makes me dizzy. If a single sorry came from her mouth, maybe I wouldn't be bothered with this.
